Meet Natalia Rawska

Natalia Rawska is a real estate investment and luxury property expert who works with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors throughout New York City and New Jersey. She is a natural problem solver and tough negotiator who always fulfills her fiduciary responsibilities, and clients appreciate her positive attitude and persistence in pursuing their interests and goals. She provides high-level service and a peace-of-mind approach that emphasizes professionalism, efficiency, and trust.

Natalia transitioned to real estate after more than 13 years of sales experience in the technology field (SaaS and Cyber Security). She saw it as an opportunity to combine her passions: architecture and investment. She owns investment properties in New York, New Jersey, and Poland, giving her unique perspectives as a buyer, seller, and landlord that she uses to guide her clients toward successful outcomes. She has lived in NY and NJ and possesses in-depth knowledge of both markets. She is especially familiar with Manhattan, Queens (Long Island City, Astoria, Woodside), Brooklyn (Greenpoint, Williamsburg, Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo, Crown Heights), Jersey City, Hoboken, West New York, Newark, Harrison, Kearny, Belleville, Nutley, Montclair, and Verona.

Natalia was born and raised in Poland. She earned her MBA from the University of Management and Administration in Poland and her bachelor’s degree in Business and Managerial Economics from the University of Business and Commerce in Poland. After living in Queens for several years, she moved to Jersey City to grow her real estate business and expand her network. Outside of work, she loves snowboarding, listening to rap music, and walking and playing with her husky, Mya.
